Formally organized in 2006, Legacy Development & Consulting is the culmination of a life long dedication to the building industry.  With countless years of experience and success, owners Brett Fessler and Matt Moser combined their talents and expertise to better serve the needs of their customers.  Brett and Matt grew up in the construction industry, with both of their families playing key roles in the development of the Naperville area.  Working alongside their fathers, they learned what it takes to be successful at a young age.  With dedication, honesty and value at the core of every project, Legacy Development & Consulting carries on the tradition started so many years ago.

Taking the knowledge and skills they acquired in their youth, Brett and Matt set out on their own.  Brett founded Fessler, Inc. in 1996, while Matt formed Moser Builders, Inc. in 1998.  Sharing similar values and business practices, both companies experienced tremendous success in the new home construction market.  To handle the ever-changing needs of their customers and continue to meet their personal goals, Brett and Matt made the decision to merge their companies, forming Legacy Development & Consulting.  Today, Brett and Matt carry on their reputation of excellence by offering homebuyers an industry-leading experience consisting of superlative service, luxurious amenities and unmatched value.
